Start by stringing 1 bugle, an 8, an 11, an 8, another bugle, an 8, an 11, and one more 8 then tie a knot so that it looks like the picture above.

Next run your thread through the closest bugle bead and add an 8, an 11, an 8, a bugle, an 8, an 11, and one more 8 then go back through the bugle added in the previous step. It is important to keep your thread pulled tightly so that the 11s will stick up slightly higher than the 8s. Now sew through the 8, 11, 8, and bugle. Just keep repeating this process until you reach your desired length.
Your thread should be coming out of the last bugle you added. Now add 6 size 11s, a clasp, and 6 more size 11s. Next sew back through the other end of the bugle making a loop with your seed beads and clasp.
Next run your thread through the first 8 and 11 and then add 2 size 11s. Now go back through the other side of the 11 added in a prior step, making a picot. Next sew through the next 8 and down through the bugle bead. Now sew through the 8 and 11 to the left and add 3 more size 11s like before and again go through the 8 and bugle next to it. Keep repeating this pattern, adding pictos every other one on opposite sides like a zigzag.

Make the last picot and go through the last 8 and then through the bugle, string 6 size 11s, the other end of your clasp, and 6 more size 11s, then go through the other end of the bugle. Next you are going to weave through the first 8 and 11 and make your picot; continue doing this, adding the rest of the picots
End with going through the last bugle making your last picot. Now you need to weave your thread through the first 8 and the the second 11 (counting counterclockwise) and last through the third 11. Now add an 8, an 11, and an 8 and go through the top bead of the next picot. You will continue this pattern all the way down this side. To get to the other side go through the fourth picot (again counting counterclockwise) and then through the 8 to the right and down the bugle bead. Again sew through the first 8 and the second 11 (counting counterclockwise) and the third 11. Keep adding 8s, 11s, and 8s and sewing through the top bead of the next picot until you have finished the bracelet. Now it is time to secure your thread. I usually tie a knot, then weave my thread through for a bit, then tie another knot, and finish weaving my thread through the bracelet. You should also go back and weave your thread through in the same manner from when you started the bracelet.
