Unfortunately the way this page is set up, there isn't a way to add a spot for you to tell us what colors you would like the bracelets made out of.  Please email that information to us at info@amtreaz.com.  If you would like a paper included with what the colors stand for, please include what diseases/disorders or birth month the colors stand for.  Hopefully soon we  will be able to update the way this page is set up and you won't have to send a separate email. 

We won't make or send the bracelet until we have received payment through paypal.  Once we receive the payment and the email from you, we will email you with an estimation of how long it will take to make the bracelet(s).  The average wait time to receive the bracelet is 1-2 weeks.
